First Packaging were given an initial design concept to produce
a bag-in-the box wine container which holds 2.25L, the equivalent
of 3 bottles of wine, but only takes up the space used by one of
it’s glass counterparts.

This was achieved with:
- An injection moulded lid and base part made from recycled black
polypropylene
- Glued cardboard sleeves in four print variants made from 720
micron Korsnas Carrier board with FSC certification. Printed
six colour litho with matt and gloss UV varnish and gold foil
blocking.
- Self adhesive labels on reels using Fasson PP Top white material,
printed Flexo UV in six colours plus varnish with an acid kill
peel tab
